- Verification at entry/exit may be done via QR code, OTP, or manual slip.
- Monthly subscriptions are linked to user accounts, not individual vehicles.
9. Payments, Rates & Refunds
- Payments may be made via UPI, card, wallet, park coins, or offline methods.
- Rates are dynamic and may vary based on time, location, and demand.
- Refunds are processed according to the parking zone's cancellation policy.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Owner & Manager Responsibilities
Owners and Managers must:

- Operate facilities in compliance with legal requirements

- Service interruptions, connectivity issues, or system errors
